Biodegradable Spoons Has Anyone Out There Tried The Biodegradable Forks And Spoons?

Has anyone out there tried the biodegradable forks and spoons? - biodegradable spoons

I am in the organization of a community library, complete with food. I want to green events, and wondered what people thought biodegradable or compostable utensils there today. Moreover, no information on prices would be great!

I tried corn type and I thought it worked really well. They are different than regular plastic (slightly thinner than the plastic of high quality, but better than the cheap, fast food, also have a slight texture to them that it) is a little strange in the mouth early. And the environmental benefits are without any doubt.
They sell them at Whole Foods and online. BTW, I think it's a good idea, because everyone has something to do what you do. Do not forget to mention you also to others in the party. Most people have no idea of a product exists, and people have more knowledge, the better. Good luck

In addition, if their decomposition is eco-friendly, but what is the chemical structure of the same on the safety of food consumption?
