My friend has severe food allergies to food, which has no dairy in it, and I do not miss the chance, crackers, or ... she is not lactose intolerant, but I've never understood the appeal of something she says only can do what and what not have.

For example, I make these cookies crown, corn flakes, marshmallows, green food coloring and margarine ... Margarine and said we can eat at the Country Crock, because it contains no milk.
