I have a big knee brace metal challenge. I want to walk with him, but rubbing the back of the knee is terrible. What is the best material to use to cover the knee and remove the friction? I'd appreciate any advice!

You can always try a piece of wax paper. Cotton filling sold in the shops orthopedics.
